Now, before we go all commando and march into your current bosses’ office because you’re frustrated with your job and quit I want you take a breath. Go get a cup of coffee maybe 2 cups of coffee and I want you tosit down and kind of plan out what you really want to do in your life.

What are the things that you are really passionate about and how can you take that passion and kind of transfer it into online business. Don’t dream about it, don’t collect a bunch of information, and don’t complain about it. and don’t just make excuses about why something that you hope will happen someday is not getting done.

Why do some people seem to get all online business success?

Well, think about it. Every person has just twenty four hours in a day, right? You only have twenty four hours in a day and the big people like Richard Branson and Donald Trump and Oprah Winfrey – they just have twenty four hours in a day too. But compare the kinds of things that you’re getting done within your twenty four hours and compare that with somebody that you see as successful in your line of business.

How much are they getting done in those twenty four hours?

Part of it has to do with Focus. The people that are getting so much done within a 24 hour period and really succeeding online, they are focused. They know exactly what they want and they know why they want it. They have this definite purpose which is one of those Laws of Successthat you should aware of when you starting an online business. They have a plan to make it happen and they have a team or a mastermind group that helps them to implement that plan and keep them motivated. They also have self-confidence and determination. You know that is so important.

I want to share a quote from the book “Curation Nation” by Steven Rosenbaum. He talks about the importance of kind of adding a human element to our 24/7 information world that we live in. But the point that I want to bring to you is, he did interview with Jeff Pulver who’s the founder of “140 Conference” and he said

“You have to put yourself in a position where you can be successful, sometimes people have to effectively fire their bosses in order to have a voice. Not everybody wants to be a CEO or have a big fancy title but people need to become the CEO of their lives. They have to be the ones to take responsibility for what they’re doing and how they’re doing it and the people who are more vertically aligned with their goals, and their passions or something that they strive for everyday have a much better chance at being successful that those that don’t. To say that you need to work to put food on a table is true but no one said that forever, you have to be sentenced to a job that you hate”

So, that’s pretty cool. Be aligned with your purpose become the CEO of your life and make the changes that you want to change or that you want to make in order to get the life that you want.

Start Your Online Business and Outsource to Get Success

So, okay. Do you have time for online business success? That’s the one of the things that people always complain about…Ah! there so much to do and there is only so many hours in a day and I got this to do, and that to do and I just don’t have time to do an online business.

Well you know, part of that is true there are a lot of steps that you need to take to really get your online business marketing out there and get it effective and guest what? You’re not going to be able to do it all on your own. If you do, then you’re not going to have that kind of success that you have really hope for.

Bottom line is this. If you think that your pressed for time and can be possibly have that kind of business success, that will allow you to live your life with passion just think about how much you can get done in 60 seconds. I mean, think about it:

In 60 seconds a football game can be won or lost.
In 60 seconds, you could meet the person of your dreams.
In 60 seconds, you could choose to go left instead of right when you’re setting out on light and that turn could make all difference in your world.
And in 60 seconds you could give somebody a word of encouragement that will literally transform and change their lives. All in 60 seconds.

So, don’t’ quit your day job not quite yet. When and if you ever quit your day job, that’s gonna be up to you. But when you’re looking at starting an online business, don’t fool yourself, don’t believe that you have to do it all on your own and that’s were the power of mastermind and the power of outsourcing comes into play. You need to surround yourself with people that support your dreams and support you and have confidence in you in what you want to do. And sometimes that means that you can have to find some new people to include in your sphere influence.

And you also need people that gonna hold you accountable. If you say you’re gonna do something you want somebody there to say “Hey! Did you do this yet?” That’s very important, that’s the power of the mastermind. And then, the second thing that you should implement especially when starting an online business you already have one, right off the bat incorporate outsourcing into your business plan. Without it, you won’t have enough time to do everything because there’s way too much to get done.

Look at those big people or those people that are already successful that only have the same 24 hours in a day that you have. Are they doing everything on their own? No. So why would you try to do it? Follow their example. Follow their lead. Get a team together. Do some outsourcing and just make it happen.
